My experience with Francis Collision Center was a very GOOD one. When I was rear ended on December 3rd, my car was fixed by this repair center and my car looks better than it did before the accident. From dropping my car off, to obtaining a rental car, to consistent texts updating me on the status of my car repair, I can say that this experience was a VERY NON STRESSFUL one. I got my car back on December 26th. Thank you so much Francis Collision Centre.
Great repair shop!! They have taken care of 2 of my vehicles after accidents. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very helpful if you need to set up a rental car also!
Strait forward system drop car off have rent a car waiting at shop. plenty of communication informing me of status of repair. Final body work looks like brand new!
Everyone was super helpful and kind. I never felt uncomfortable or like I didn’t know what was going on with my vehicle. They even had it ready for pickup 13 days earlier than expected!
I took my truck here to be repaired about six months ago. They are very professional and the work his high quality. I wouldn't trust any one else to do my repairs.
This has been our 2nd time with Francis and they have all been wonderful, very friendly. Their service is quicker than others and they do a great job repairing of your vehicle. Highly recommend.
They made my car looking brand new again! I was worried about how it would turn out but you can’t even tell my car was damaged! They also finished my car earlier than expected too!
Great front desk and reception staff. I was able to process my claim in no time! This is big because the last thing you wanna have to deal with is complicated insurance claim process on top of your on going issues with the vehicle itself!👌

Francis Collision Center repaired my truck, the workmanship was excellent. The staff was professional and courteous, I will recommend to anyone looking for auto body repair.
I've taken my Subaru in on two different occasions now and am satisfied with all repairs and especially the paint work. The turn-around time to get my car back was two weeks on both occasions. The wait is long but it's well worth the wait for high quality shop repairs. The ladies up front are kind and professional and the guy I was working with (Kevin) was also transparent, kind and professional. This is the place to go if you want your vehicle repaired the right way.
The service and staff are wonderful at Francis collision centre. We were taken care of right away with a smile. Absolutely fast friendly service!!!
They did a great job repairing my vehicle, as well as did it in a timely manner. They were amazing with keeping me updated on my vehicles status and I got it back within 2 weeks!

Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.
On Friday morning after Thanksgiving, my Honda was robbed of its catalytic Converter. Francis Collision Centre was amazing! They promised the car in four days and were finished a day early. They are kind, friendly and most of all feel cared for. I highly recommend them for any damages done to your car. They are great!
The customer service is great. We were all at the hands of kia back ordered parts. Danielle kept me updated often. And they detailed in their responses. The text message feature made it so easy to stay in contact and know what i was getting. Aaron walked me through all the work they did... my car was washed and ready for me when i picked it up...
Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family’s cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre!
we just picked up our baby, she had a some work done that took awhile but we understand the back order of items and it was worth the wait. they did an awesome job and they back their work up by 💯% . NICE.
Went to Francis Collision after my front grill fell off due to a small piece of my front bumper breaking on a road trip. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service. They got me in and gave me an estimate within the week and got me on the schedule in the next few weeks. Front bumper and grill look seamless thanks to their great work!
I just got my car back and considering all the damage it had I was very pleased with how it was restored back to brand new the way when I first bought it. The girl's at the front desk are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. This is a great place to have your car repaired.
Francis Collision Centre is the most excellent service, when it comes to customers, and the quality of their work is beautiful. James Sanborn was my estimator, he was very friendly, welcoming. James communicate clearly, explained the process keep it simple and easy. Rental car transition easy & simple. Let me say that I am very pleased with this place. I've had two incidents where my insurance referred me to Francis Collision Centre and both times were great experiences. Staff , especially JAMES SANBORN my Adjuster, along with Ronnie (inspected my car at drop off), and Rosie (front desk) , are all very helpful and knowledgeable! They assist with getting Enterprise car rental if you should need so that's a plus!! The service to my car was perfect! I personally recommend people go to them when you need a job done. Great place.
Had my car broken in to three times twice they stole it and went on and messed up my windshild. Got all my repairs done each time here and they were able to detail the inside because who knows what they were doing in my car. Thanks for the attention to details.

This was our first time using Francis Collision Centre and to tell you the truth, we were a little concerned about the whole process (having never had to go through this before). The Customer Service team at the front desk made us feel right at home and between the service technicians and the insurance people, we felt confident that we were leaving our car in the right hands. Within a week we got our car back and WOW! it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Simply an amazing job and (knock on wood) if this ever happens again, we will be going back to Francis Collision!
First of all I Have Geico Insurance So it was Extremely easy to use. Made an appointment with Geico for the estimate. When I got there is was quick & complete since Francis Collision has a section for Geico & Enterprise car rental. So its a 1 Stop Shop. 2nd Everyone was so friendly Especially the girls in front. 3rd It was done quickly, professionally & carries a lifetime warranty as long as I own my car.
Francis collision was amazing. They had a really hard time with my insurance, but they didn't stop fighting for me. I an soo grateful for Juanita and the team special thanks to Kevin he was awesome

Gave consistent updates on my vehicle repair process to keep me in the loop. Received my vehicle back in perfect condition, like nothing ever was damaged. Even washed n vacuumed! Though I hope not to need another vehicle repair, but if I do, this is the place to go.
I have an Audi Q5 that was rear ended. I worked with Justin Phister, who was very knowledgeable on my make and model and the facility kept me updated routinely while my car was being worked on. I was given a 2 week estimate for the work my car needed and my car was ready in the timeframe that was initially communicated to me. The office staff was very professional and kind. I cannot say enough good things about every single person I worked with at Francis Collision Centre. To top things off my car was detailed prior to me picking up my car. Great Service 10/10!!
I am very satisfied with my experience at Francis Auto Collision. The ladies at the front desk have exceptional customer service. I appreciate the constant updates in regard to the status of my vehicle. Juanita was very kind and professional throughout the whole process. We have always taken our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre. This past year, my daughter was rear ended and I was hit in a parking lot. We took our vehicles to Francis Collision Centre and received the most professional and courteous service. They went out of their way to help us, and did it so promptly. I appreciated all that they did for us and would not hesitate to take any vehicle to this wonderful establishment.

I had an awesome experience at Francis Collison. I dropped my car off on friday, and they had my car repaired 4 days later. They provided the rental pick up and drop off at their shop so i had nothing extra to do which made my experience a great one!

I got into a car accident and right away knew where I’d take my car. To Francis Collision! They did such a wonderful job the first time I knew I’d always go back to them!! Totally recommend!
My car got repaired here through the insurance and nothing out of my pocket. I had deep concerns that the estimated 1-2 weeks would take 2 or more weeks to repair. Mainly that the repairs weren’t coming out of my wallet, and the shop could take advantage by replacing parts if something could instead be repaired for example. This was speculation with no grounds for thinking that based on my experience here, but I worried nonetheless. Thankfully this was not the case and I got my car back in 6 days. My car was returned not in the same condition it was received. Dash cams unplugged and tilted downward, some napkins and receipts left on the passenger seat, and the mirrors changed. These are minor but worth noting. The repairs to the vehicle itself were great and no problem so far. Some parts and sensors behind the bumper, and a front bumper were repaired. All throughout the 6 days, they kept me updated through text and called to make sure I knew the status of the repairs on my vehicle. On a side note, the rental from enterprise provided by them was subpar and reeked of smoke. I’d like to thank Kevin for being professional and breaking things down on what they will be repairing.
The receptionist were professional and friendly and had great personality and communication skill. They also speak Spanish. I don't but I've been in Fresno long enough to recognize the language. Lol. We brought our car in on the 20th of November and received the cars back Dec 3rd. Not counting Thanks giving and Black friday (cause no professionals work those days) it was only in a little over a week. They also made the process really easy! 5/5 would get rear ended again!
They were so professional during the entire process. My vehicle literally looks better than it did before the accident. They went out of their way to fix my car handles that had broken before the accident, matched the paint perfectly and even welded my back bumper that had prior damage so that it looked brand new. I would definitely reccomed and would come back in future if needed
