The process of dealing with insurance and rental car companies after your vehicle has been damaged can be beyond frustrating, but at Francis Collision Centre, we make the process as simple and smooth as possible.
Step 1. No-Wait Reception
Upon entering Francis Collision Centre, you will be requested to fill out a simple claim form and await your damage estimate. Feel free to a complimentary cup of coffee or tea, and a snack as well.
Step2. Damage Appraisal
Your automobile’s damage appraisal (estimate) will be administered by state-of-the-art computer generated software. This will not only reduce the time needed to appraise your automobile, but will also insure the most accurate estimate possible.
Step 3. Claim Review
Our repair advisor will submit the claim to your insurance company and acquire authorization for repairs. Once authorized, the repair advisor will go over the claim with you and give you an estimate of how long the repair process will take.
Step 4. Car Rental Service
Francis Collision Centre can arrange your car rental in the convenience and comfort of our office while you wait. We hope this will help ease the inconvenience that usually goes along with the repair process.
Step 5. Tear Down & Inspection
Your vehicle is torn down and carefully inspected by our damage inspector(s), revealing any hidden damage, then prepared for repairs.
Step 6. Frame or Unibody Inspection & Repair
Our state-of-the-art Car-O-Liner Frame System will make the necessary frame repairs to exact factory tolerances.
Step 7. Metal Work
Repairs to your automobiles sheet metal will be performed by highly trained technicians using industry leading equipment.
Step 8. Automobile Refinishing
PPG automotive finishes and clear coats are applied in our state-of-the-art downdraft spray-bake booths.
Step 9. Vehicle Reassembly
When all the necessary repairs to your vehicle are completed, the automobile is reassembled to factory standards.
Step 10. Quality Control Inspection
All repairs and finishes will be thoroughly inspected by our quality control inspectors.
Step 11. Delivery Preparation
After approval by our quality control inspectors, your automobile is washed and vacumed and prepared for delivery.
Step 12. Delivery
A repair advisor will complete a 20 point checklist and explain the repairs made to your vehicle. Any follow-up maintenance and care guidelines will be provided.
